Returning to the place where I graduated 21 years ago felt both strange and beautiful. This time at Carnegie Mellon University, I didn’t speak about finance, but about something that fascinates me more and more: the art hidden within mathematics. The lecture The Art in Mathematics – God’s Signature in Numbers is an invitation to reflect on whether numbers might contain a certain order—perhaps even the signature of something greater than ourselves.

Technological progress keeps giving us new possibilities, yet it also reveals how easily space can lose its humanity—and with it, our ability to feel at home. That’s why architecture remains one of the quietest, yet most powerful tools we have.

We live in a time when the world is connecting faster than we can perceive. Technology shortens distances but, at the same time, often separates us from the natural rhythm of life.
